Terms and Conditions for Dream of Home

Welcome to Dream of Home! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for businesses and individuals collaborating with my home interiors website, including advertising, guest posts, and affiliate partnerships.
By engaging with Dream of Home, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with any business transactions or collaborations.
1. Advertising, guest posts & affiliate partnerships 1.1. Dream of Home accepts various forms of advertising, including but not limited to guest posts, sponsored content, and affiliate links. 1.2. All content submitted for publication must align with our brand and audience interests. We reserve the right to decline or edit content that does not meet our quality or ethical standards. You can find my guidelines for content here. 1.3. All guest posts and sponsored content must be fully disclosed as per UK advertising regulations and ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) guidelines. 1.4. Most guest posts will stay live permanently, however Dream of Home has the right to remove them after 2 years, at our discretion. There will be no refunds provided for guest posts that are removed after this time.
2. Payment terms 2.1. Payment for any advertising, guest posts, or other services must be agreed upon in advance and paid within the agreed-upon timeframe (usually 30 days). If payment is not made, any affiliate links or content will be permanently removed. 2.2. Invoices must be settled within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a penalty fee of 10% per month. 2.3. Any work commenced will be chargeable, regardless of whether the final product is used or published. 2.4. In cases where a brand or client cancels a project after work has begun, payment must still be made for time spent and any completed work.
3. Content rights & modifications 3.1. Dream of Home reserves the right to edit, amend, or remove content as necessary to align with our high editorial standards and brand vision. 3.2. Any guest post, sponsored content, or affiliate material published on our blog remains our property once posted unless otherwise agreed in writing. 3.3. We may update, edit, or optimise content for SEO and audience engagement purposes at any time.
4. Liability & disclaimers 4.1. While we aim to ensure accuracy, Dream of Home is not responsible for errors, omissions, or outdated information within published content. 4.2. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of published content or advertising collaborations. 4.3. All advertisers and partners are responsible for ensuring their content and links comply with UK laws and regulations.
5. Termination & breach of terms 5.1. We reserve the right to terminate any partnership or collaboration if these terms are violated. 5.2. Any unpaid invoices upon termination must still be settled in full. 5.3. We may refuse future collaborations with brands or individuals who fail to adhere to these terms.
6. Amendments to terms 6.1. Dream of Home reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. It is the responsibility of advertisers and collaborators to review them periodically.
